SCEW: Calling all Bruins

All returning Bell students interesting in being a part of Student Council next year are invited to come SCEW, Student Council Executive Workshop. SCEW will be a chance to learn about the positions on executive council, such as head boy and girl, grade reps, communications officer, and committee heads such as spirit, leadership, and community events. This is your chance to talk to this year's exec and find out about the election process. Here are the positions you can run for:
Elected Positions
- Head Boy
- Head Girl
- Grade 10, 11, and 12 reps
- STAC Rep (Student Trustee Advisory Committee)
Appointed positions (voted on by elected council - above)
- Leadership Head (two, organize leadership camp)
- Spirit Head (one to two, organize battle of the grades, and other spirit days)
- Dance Committee Head (one to two, school dances)
- Community Events Head (one to two, all things charity, from 30h famine to blood drive)
- Treaserur/Secretary (one)
- Communications Officer (one to two, in charge of advertising)
- Interclub Representative (one, coordinate all other clubs so events don't overlap)
SCEW will be held after school on Tuesday, May 11 in Mr. Risk's room (132).
