General Information
This is a grade 11 course. This course is a Classical/International Languages course, and more information can be found at the English, ESL and Modern Languages department. Prerequisites: LWSBD.
Course Description
This course offers students opportunities to further develop their knowledge of the international language and to enhance their communication skills. Students will use increasingly sophisticated language in a variety of activities that will enable them to speak and write with clarity and accuracy. Students will also enhance their thinking skills through the critical study of literature and continue to explore aspects of the culture of countries where the language is spoken through a variety of print and technological resources. Prerequisite: International Languages, Level 2, Academic
This course is a university preparation course, which will prepare students for university by providing them with skills needed to enter university. This course focuses on independent learning using theoretical methods, with practical applications being used when nessesary.
